We supply the complete processing and conveying equipment for the best possible flexibility of mixing different plastics – including pellets, additives, pigments and bottle flakes. The raw materials are discharged from height-adjustable big-bag hangers and can be weighed in using a gravimetric mixing and weighing system. Feeding from existing silo solutions or silo solutions developed by us for you is of course also possible. The gravimetric system weighs the desired amount for each component to the gram to ensure the desired quality for your extrusion line.

Extrudable plastics

Our plastic extruder machines can mix components to the gram and melt them at exactly the right temperature.

Therefore our plastic extruders are able to extrude a large variety of plastics including:
