For a perfect winding result, the film must be cut. Longitudinally as well as crosswise.

We at Diamat always have the perfect knives for every sheet thickness and application with our corresponding cutting units. Our cutting units are famous for their durability. We only use knives from certified knife manufacturers, which results in an extremely long lifetime.

Longitudinal/edge trim

Our standard longitudinal/edge trim can be mounted at several points on the line with the advantage that it can be used where it is needed. The bottom-mounted edge trim winder allows the edge trim to be winded up during set-up / colour change without any difficulties.

Centre cut

Um den Kundenanforderungen gerecht zu werden, haben wir einen Mittenschnitt entwickelt. Mit dem es möglich ist mehrbahnige Folien zu produzieren.

Fully automated

The cutting units can be fully automated and the width adjustment is done with a push of a button. The Diamat cutting units ensure a high degree of production flexibility in terms of batch quantities and adjustment times.

Diamat is convincing with an excellent concept and is well known for long service lives. The solid and simple construction results in a machine which is resistant to malfunctions and 24/7 production is no longer a problem.
