New service location for plastics extruder machines in USA

We opened a new service location in the USA in October 2022. Due to increasing sales of our plastic extruders and structural requirements, it was necessary for us to generate additional capacity. The new site is located in California near Los Angeles.

With the investment in the location we want to prepare ourselves for the future. We are starting with a two-person team of service technicians and sales staff in close proximity to customers to expand existing business relationships and forge new ones. With the addition of an experienced local service representative, we now have the ability to provide a much faster service to our plastics extrusion customers in the United States and Latin America.

We will also set up a spare parts warehouse here so that we can always react quickly to customer requirements.

Plans are currently underway for an additional service location in Asia. We want to offer our customers first-class service.
